The Weber Genesis E-310 Liquid Propane Gas Grill is packed with about all the features you could possibly ask for. Your temperature gauge is dead center right on the front very easy to read. With 38,000 BTU this grill can go from cold to 450 degrees in around five minutes and to around an astonishing 700 degrees in around ten minutes.

It has two ceramic grilling grates one warming and one for primary grilling. This gives you a total cooking area of 637 Sq. in. There are also three stainless steel side burners perfect for all of your side dishes. With separate electric ignition switches for the burners and the grill you are able to prepare the whole meal with ease.

I’m new to the grilling scene. When I was a kid I watched my dad spend the weekends gardening and grilling. As every boy wants to grow to be just like his father at 26 I decided it was time to start doing some of the little things he did. This started my mission to find these hidden flavors I remembered from when I was a kid.

I spent hours looking around online and in stores for the grill I wanted or like. I had no Idea the there where so many choices. I did not even know what the difference was between LP, charcoal, or natural gas. I had to do my research and talk to as many people as I could.

Being a child from the 80’s I knew my father used a charcoal grill but with all my research I kept seeing the LP will leave the taste of the meat much stronger than the classic charcoal grill. I knew my father would have approved the grill up grade and the price was right. One of the things I remember from my childhood grilling days was a large “Weber” stamp on the top of the grill. To my surprise I was able to locate a new propane Webber grill with ease. Knowing this company has been successful for so long helped me to confidently purchase this Webber grill.

Once I purchased the grill it took about an hour and half to put all the pieces together. However, I was able to put it together by myself with relative ease. The only thing left to do what invite my father over for a cook out. I started the grill and I loved it from the moment the fire was lite. It’s so easy to use.

To make things even better my father tasted the steak and told me I had officially become the new grill master of the family. Now that is a compliment! If a grill can take a newbie like myself and turn me into a grill master the first go around imagine what it could do for someone with experience.

What I Do Not Like

I have one single complaint to make here in my Weber Genesis E-310 grill review. Sometimes the knobs for the side burners turn way too easy. Even if I pump the knob I’m burning something. I had to learn to watch what I’m doing a little more careful.
